 Accent Reporting Service is owned and operated by Vicki E. Vaughn-Mast, a lifelong Palatka/Putnam County resident.  Along with several qualified associates, Accent has covered numerous criminal and civil court proceedings, criminal/civil depositions, Division of Administrative Hearing proceedings, as well as worked for several governmental agencies and private industries in Palatka.  

Vicki has been a registered professional reporter through the National Court Reporters Association since 1992, and has actively reported since 1983. Our staff – reporters, transcriptionists, and videographers – are all very conscientious, and ready to give your job the utmost attention and expertise it deserves. While our office is located in Palatka, we enjoy a loyal, professional clientele and travel with them and for others to areas outside our county. We’ve traveled to various correctional institutions, hospitals and governmental complexes in the surrounding counties. All of our work, whether it be court work, deposition work, transcriptionist duties, is handled in-house by our own staff, who have an in-depth understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.
